During the Discovery Month, we start by fully aligning with your brand vision and goals. With those in mind, we dive deep to identify your brand’s voice, attributes, and values as they relate to your social media presence.

With the findings and learnings of the Discovery Month, we prepare your strategy with our recommendations.
This includes:
Identifying the right channels for your business based on your ideal customer
Developing an ongoing plan for each social channel that moves you towards your goals
Preparing platform-by-platform recommendations for post frequency
Optimizing your profile and bio for each of the chosen platforms
Creating visual consistency and brand alignment across the platforms
We meet with you to present the strategy, so you understand where we’re headed and why.

We create content libraries, caption copy, and calendars that tell your brand’s story in your unique voice, speak to your identified target audience, and engage viewers in ways that lend credibility and invite new prospective clients to your business/organization.
Following the Discovery Month, we present a monthly calendar with original content for your feedback and approval. We post across your social channels at the agreed-upon frequency, reply to comments and DMs, and interact with other accounts on your behalf. We track progress and engagement to see what has been working for your brand and what we might want to adjust going forward.

We get on bi-weekly calls to review what Poppy & Sesame is delivering and the assets we need in the coming weeks, and to make sure our plan is aligned and your questions are answered.

Once a quarter we’ll meet to take a closer look at our results and the impact on your business, and refine our strategy for the next three months. We’ll also map out key dates and events in the upcoming quarter that will feed into the plan.
